Responsibilities

• Create support documentation and content for the Spark Driver App.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop user resource content and agent knowledge base articles.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of deliverables.
• Define KPIs that support the operational goals of Last Mile Delivery and Driver Experience.
• Research, outline, write, and edit technical support content.
• Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and provide strategic input.
• Create and maintain templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Communications, or related field, or 2 years' experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
• 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• 2+ years of experience writing technical support documentation and/or procedure manuals.
• 2+ years of experience with knowledge base management and content management systems.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
