About the position

The Senior Analyst, Compensation Programs is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the company's compensation programs. This role ensures that all compensation processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in compensation management, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of the company's compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, equity awards, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation offerings.
  • Analyze compensation data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Generate and maintain reports on compensation trends, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies regarding compensation practices.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver clear communication materials related to compensation programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management or related roles, with a strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.
  • Proven experience leading compensation operations, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
  • Hands-on experience with Payfactors or similar compensation management software is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation.
