As a Senior Analyst in Compliance at Comcast, you will be responsible for leading a variety of programs that involve business reengineering efforts aimed at enhancing our operations and customer experience. This role requires collaboration with a cross-functional team that includes representatives from various divisions such as Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance, and Legal. Your primary focus will be to understand current challenges and define existing processes that support these divisions, while also envisioning a future state that can be enabled through technology. You will leverage your in-depth experience and knowledge to determine your work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. In this position, you will lead the analysis and design of both existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization. You will monitor and analyze data related to legal regulatory compliance, identifying potential issues and ensuring adherence to legal standards. Your role will also involve developing and generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to legal teams and stakeholders. Working closely with legal professionals, you will define compliance requirements for the business, document these requirements, and communicate obligations effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing scalable compliance processes to mitigate risks to the business. This includes deconstructing technical concepts and metrics to facilitate process development, defining success compliance KPIs, and establishing a plan to track, monitor, and measure the success of those metrics. You will complete assessments of business processes, documenting problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations. Interacting closely with matrixed cross-functional teams, you will secure alignment and diagnose, correct, and document issues, risks, and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices. This role requires consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance, along with regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. You must be prepared to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
