Responsibilities

• Assist in providing strategic risk advisory support for specific product/service areas.
• Compile best practices and learnings from historical product launches and change management initiatives.
• Support the assessment of operational risk management needs for business unit and functional leaders.
• Coordinate with product development and service delivery teams to embed operational risk management considerations into the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within Risk and/or Internal Audit functions.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in process governance and establishing robust decision-making processes.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and evaluate risk scenarios.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in assessing operational risk management needs for business unit leaders.
• Experience in compiling and sharing best practices from product launches and change management initiatives.
• Experience in coordinating with product development and service delivery teams.
