As a part of the D&B Credit Card Operations team, the Senior Analyst Credit Card Operations will be responsible for all aspects of the credit card process. This role involves providing guidance and direction for resolution to daily operation issues and participating and leading project enhancements as it relates to credit cards. The Senior Analyst will manage daily end-to-end operations, which includes overseeing the helpline and addressing customer-facing issues, as well as conducting daily and monthly activity reporting. A critical part of the role is the identification and investigation of fraud, ensuring that the integrity of the credit card operations is maintained. The Senior Analyst will compile, analyze, and synthesize data to communicate key metrics around credit card data. This includes providing planning and direction on all facets of credit card application support, coordinating and leading resolution with calling applications and technical teams to resolve integration issues, and managing system interactions for issue resolution. The role also requires managing projects for credit card applications from initiation through implementation and post-implementation support. Building and maintaining relationships with credit card processors and third parties for account maintenance, issue resolution, and new functionality is essential. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will aid Business Leaders in making value-enhancing business decisions and assist with special projects and key initiatives as required.
