The Sales Intelligence & Insights team is looking for a creative problem-solver who is passionate about crafting insightful visualizations. As part of an industry-leading revenue enablement group, our team equips sellers with the compelling insights they need to excel in their roles through high-impact, intelligent actions. In the role of Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, you will join disparate data sources, perform analysis, and build and maintain dashboards that visualize complex data to deliver valuable insights that drive business decisions. Your responsibilities will include performing data reviews, report updates, basic quantitative analysis, quality assurance, and project document editing. Much of your work will involve manipulating data sets in Alteryx and Excel, conducting exploratory analysis in Salesforce or external data portals, and delivering results through user-friendly Tableau dashboards. A great fit for this role will be someone who can communicate and collaborate across various teams, has a knack for troubleshooting, and possesses familiarity with data structure, relational and non-relational databases, and data optimization techniques. While prior experience in the financial sector is beneficial, it is not required, as we will teach you the key concepts of asset management and sales enablement.
