About the position

The Senior Analyst Digital Marketing - Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media at Whirlpool Corporation is responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition. This role involves managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing conversion rates throughout the consumer journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive media plans for Gladiator focusing on driving near term sales, including SEM, programmatic, and paid social.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms using paid, organic, and influencers.
• Optimize Gladiator's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of promotional campaigns, from concept development and budget to execution and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years experience in digital marketing or media
• 2+ years experience in SEM
• 2+ years experience in Social Media and Influencer Marketing

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years experience in Public Relations
• Exceptional analytical skills, including experience with ROAS (Return On Ad Spend), ROI (Return On Investment), and incrementality
• Exceptional communication and collaboration
• Agency management experience
• Financial acumen
• Project management experience
