About the position

The Senior Analyst for Digital Marketing at Whirlpool Corporation will focus on developing and executing comprehensive acquisition strategies, including both paid and organic channels. This role is critical for driving brand awareness, acquiring customers, enhancing digital presence, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize conversion rates throughout the consumer journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive media plans for Gladiator focusing on driving near-term sales through SEM, programmatic, and paid social channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms using paid, organic, and influencers.
• Optimize Gladiator's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of promotional campaigns, from concept development and budget to execution and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years experience in digital marketing or media
• 2+ years experience in SEM
• 2+ years experience in Social Media and Influencer Marketing

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years experience in Public Relations
• Exceptional analytical skills, including experience with ROAS (Return On Ad Spend), ROI (Return On Investment), and incrementality
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Agency management experience
• Financial acumen
• Project management experience
