The Sr Analyst, Digital Marketing will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's digital presence and user engagement. This position involves leading web and search strategies, managing content management systems (CMS), and optimizing user experiences through SEO and personalization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring a seamless and effective online experience for users.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive web and search strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee the CMS for the master brand and microsites, ensuring content consistency, alignment with brand guidelines, technical accuracy, and a seamless user experience.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of SEO best practices to improve visibility across organic search engines and social media platforms, staying ahead of emerging trends and industry changes.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical SEO issues to enhance site performance and search engine rankings.
  • Generate detailed reports on SEO performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct testing to validate website updates, new features, and functionality, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver an optimal user experience.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment between website content and chatbot interactions to provide a unified customer experience.
  • Design and implement personalized user journeys and testing strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion.
  • Design and set up A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing test results to draw actionable insights, and implementing successful test outcomes within the CMS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console).
  • Experience with personalization platforms like Acquia and A/B testing tools such as VWO is a plus.
  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for content implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with optimizing web content for search engines.
  • Ability to analyze web metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • A passion for learning and staying current with digital marketing trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with personalization platforms like Acquia.
