This position involves developing dashboards, reports, and analytics products to facilitate data-driven decision-making and improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, datasets, and other analytics products using BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Redshift, PostgreSQL, Alteryx, and SQL.
• Collaborate with the data technology team to optimize data processes and schemas for improved performance and stability of data warehouse solutions.
• Assist analytics team members and business partners with ad-hoc and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on the use of analytics solutions.
• Communicate and collaborate with diverse teams to gather and refine business requirements into actionable data products.
• Partner with the Analytics Product team to establish product life cycles and ensure effective feedback loops.

Requirements

• Two years of work experience in analytics.
• Two years of experience creating reports and dashboards to summarize large data sets for business decisions.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau.
• Understanding of data warehousing, SQL, and data management concepts, preferably in Amazon RedShift.

Nice-to-haves

• BA/BS in Computer Science or another analytical field.
• Experience with coding languages such as Hive, Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with data management tools like Alteryx, DBT, or Informatics.
• Experience in data quality, data operations, and data modeling.
