About the position

The Senior Analyst, EPM FP&A CoE at NIKE, Inc. plays a crucial role in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the capabilities of the EPM system, ensuring it aligns with Nike's business goals and maximizes its value across global business units.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead initiatives to innovate and enhance the EPM system's capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, automation, and process optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements for best practices.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the adoption of the new EPM system.
  • Promote the value and benefits of the EPM system to stakeholders.
  • Drive user engagement through training, workshops, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of the EPM system on business performance.
  • Lead initiatives to maximize the return on investment (ROI) from the EPM system.
  • Generate insights from data and analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Oversee the implementation of new system features and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with IT, finance, and business teams for seamless integration.
  • Manage change initiatives related to the EPM system.
  • Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to align EPM improvements with business strategy.
  • Serve as a key advocate for the EPM system and drive its adoption across the organization.
  • Work closely with external vendors and consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, experience, or training.
  • 5+ years of experience in EPM systems management or financial systems innovation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based forecasting tools, preferably Anaplan.
  • Strong track record of leading innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on optimizing business processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
