About the position

Circle is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Finance Operations team, a critical role that will support the design and optimization of finance processes as the organization scales. In this position, you will collaborate directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to facilitate the design and rollout of finance transformation initiatives, finance automation, and the streamlining of core finance processes. This role will also play a key part in supporting international expansion and enabling the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the project management and operationalization of finance transformation initiatives, which encompass ERP system implementation and process automation. You will work closely with the Accounting, Tax, Data, and Treasury teams to support the enablement of core finance processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure financial readiness for new projects and initiatives. A significant aspect of your role will involve aligning finance processes with the company's growth and international expansion strategy. You will be responsible for developing documentation and monitoring tools, as well as contributing to change management activities and training efforts for new finance systems and processes. Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders will be essential to promote collaborative success. Responsibilities

• Assist in the project management and operationalization of finance transformation initiatives, including ERP system implementation and process automation.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Data, and Treasury teams to support core finance process enablement.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure financial readiness for new projects and initiatives.
• Support the alignment of finance processes with the company's growth and international expansion strategy.
• Develop documentation and monitoring tools for new finance systems and processes.
• Contribute to change management activities and training efforts for new finance systems and processes.
• Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to promote collaborative success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally supporting finance transformation, operations, or consulting.
• Basic understanding of finance operations, including core finance processes and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding analytical skills, with a passion for metrics and data; ability to leverage data to develop presentations to influence and drive decision making.
• Good organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for process improvement.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving and multitasking.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges.
• Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
