As a Senior Analyst in Finance Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and optimization of finance processes as Circle scales. This position involves direct collaboration with Finance and cross-functional teams to facilitate the design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives, finance automation, and the streamlining of core finance processes. You will also contribute to international expansion efforts and support the product roadmap. In this role, you will assist in project management and operationalization of finance transformation initiatives, including ERP system implementation and process automation. You will work closely with Accounting, Tax, Data, and Treasury teams to enable core finance processes and ensure financial readiness for new projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will develop documentation, monitoring tools, and contribute to change management activities and training efforts for new finance systems and processes. Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders will be essential to promote collaborative success, all while embodying Circle's core values of Multistakeholder, Mindfulness, Driven by Excellence, and High Integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and optimization of finance processes as the organization scales.
• Assist in project management and operationalization of finance transformation initiatives, including ERP system implementation and process automation.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Data, and Treasury teams to support core finance process enablement.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure financial readiness for new projects and initiatives.
• Support the alignment of finance processes with the company's growth and international expansion strategy.
• Develop documentation, monitoring tools, and contribute to change management activities and training efforts for new finance systems and processes.
• Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to promote collaborative success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally supporting finance transformation, operations, or consulting.
• Basic understanding of finance operations, including core finance processes and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding analytical skills, with a passion for metrics and data; ability to leverage data to develop presentations to influence and drive decision making.
• Good organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for process improvement.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving and multitasking.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges.
• Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
