The company is currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This position serves as a key business partner to the Commercial organization, providing essential financial insights related to Operating Expense and overall Profit and Loss (P&L) management. In this role, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for serving as the financial support to areas of the Commercial Organization, particularly in relation to Net Sales and Operating Expense Management, under the direction of the Associate Director of FP&A. The successful candidate will develop a general understanding of brand strategy for supported products, such as GEMTESA, and how these strategies are linked to financial plans, thereby understanding the story behind the numbers. The role involves completing and submitting timely forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans, as well as submitting month, quarter, and year-end accruals in collaboration with the business and Accounting teams. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will support the build of Product P&L and Operating Expense dashboards, presenting commentary on key variances to various stakeholders. The position also requires ad hoc reporting and analysis, working closely with other members of the Finance organization to maintain a continuous improvement mindset and promote strong communication and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, an appetite to learn about the business areas supported, and the ability to present results clearly and concisely to multiple levels of the organization.
