About the position

The Senior Analyst Financial Planning and Analysis will be a key member of the Global Operations Finance team, working remotely to support the financial activities of manufacturing plants in the US POD2 America's region. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes, as well as partnering with various teams to drive productivity and cost reduction initiatives. The analyst will also develop reporting tools and dashboards to enhance visibility into key metrics and improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing plants and Finance teams for the US POD2 America's region.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes for US POD2 manufacturing plants.
• Support local plant-level manufacturing finance activities as needed.
• Partner with the organization to support annual productivity and cost reduction initiatives.
• Improve forecast accuracy and standardized reporting in collaboration with the organization.
• Identify and develop reporting tools and dashboards to manage the business and drive operating performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of prior related experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with reporting from a large ERP system.
• Strong operations finance experience in a dynamic, large company environment, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and build relationships across various functions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives, including problem identification and resolution.
• Ability to prioritize and independently manage multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• High level of energy and professionalism with strong attention to detail.
