The analyst will also create a framework for pipeline generation and progression that emphasizes data-driven decision-making and actionable insights. Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across various functions, including Data Science, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, is critical for success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of go-to-market business functions, particularly in a growth-oriented global SaaS environment. A background in a consumption-based model is highly desirable, as it aligns with the company's operational focus. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Finance, making it a key role in shaping the financial strategies that drive Confluent's growth and success in the data streaming market.
