The Senior Analyst, FP&A Marketing role at Confluent is a pivotal position within the Marketing Finance team, designed to enhance the organization's understanding of pipeline performance and optimize execution across go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across Data Science, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of go-to-market business functions, particularly in a growth-oriented global SaaS environment. A background in a consumption-based business model is highly desirable, as it aligns with the company's operational focus.
