The Senior Analyst, FP&A Marketing role at Confluent is a pivotal position within the Marketing Finance team, designed to enhance the organization's understanding of pipeline performance and optimize execution across go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This model aims to optimize pipeline generation efforts across multiple functions, including sales, customer success, marketing, product, and partner organizations. The analyst will also create a framework for pipeline generation and progression that emphasizes data-driven decision-making and actionable insights, fostering strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across various departments such as Data Science, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. To succeed in this position, a deep understanding of go-to-market business functions is essential, as it will enable the analyst to bridge the gap between data analysis and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a background in a growth-oriented global SaaS business, with a preference for those who have experience in a consumption-based model. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Finance, making it a critical position for influencing business strategies and outcomes.
