About the position

The Senior Analyst, FP&A at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts will play a crucial role in supporting management with forecasting and planning for the IT Contact Center and Franchise Support Systems. This position involves analyzing P&L activity, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to improve financial performance. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in monthly close process for the CC/FSS; review results and research variances to provide explanations, troubleshoot questions/issues.
  • Preparation of month-end / quarter-end / year-end actuals reporting and forecast of WHG IT financial results including executive dashboards, revenues and margins, purchased labor, network and telecom usage & miscellaneous expense drivers.
  • Provide analysis and support for annual strat plan and budget process. Track ongoing risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and update reporting dashboards highlighting key business drivers (i.e. call volume, PM installations, project initiatives), along with implications on financials (i.e. purchase labor, telecom costs, COS, support tools).
  • Preparation of ad hoc analysis ranging from revenue projections, M&A integration activity and expense allocation and cost containment initiatives.
  • Ensure billings and expenses are processed and recorded according to Wyndham policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in an FP&A role.
  • Familiarity with Contact / Support Centers, technology finance and / or telecom / network expenses preferred.
