In this role, you will be responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting, forecasting, and month-end close functions. You will also provide a variety of financial data and maintain and update financial models and plans. Your financial analysis will be reported to senior management in support of functional business objectives, and you will work with moderate guidance in your area of knowledge. Core responsibilities include preparing and presenting regular financial reports, including performance and variance analyses to senior management. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, and related monthly reports as assigned. Conducting financial research, analyzing financial performance against objectives, and determining emerging financial trends will also be part of your duties. You will support business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects, maintain statistical/financial databases, and perform additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required. This role requires consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance, along with regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. You must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
