About the position

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team in Spokane, Washington. This role is critical in supporting the business performance analysis on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as the budgeting and strategy processes for the assigned business unit. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for the administration of CMO Incentive Plans, ensuring that financial insights are effectively communicated to business heads and controllers to facilitate informed decision-making. In this position, the Senior Analyst will conduct a critical analytical review of working capital and capital expenditures across different business activities and segments. This includes analyzing major deviations and movements in working capital, preparing SMART financial dashboards that provide key financial insights, and collaborating with various functions on overhead and budgetary controls. The role also involves supporting monthly business performance reviews, analyzing business proposals (Capex), and assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and long-term strategy. The Senior Analyst will follow up on action items discussed during business reviews and drive them to closure, as well as review and revise product costing to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This position is 100% on-site at our Spokane facility, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and direct engagement with the team and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of financial principles and practices, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support business performance analysis on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Conduct critical analytical review of working capital and capital expenditures.
  • Analyze working capital of different business activities/segments and major deviations.
  • Prepare SMART financial dashboards with key financial insights.
  • Collaborate with different functions on overhead and budgetary controls.
  • Support monthly business performance reviews.
  • Assist in business proposal (Capex) analysis.
  • Support annual budget and long-term strategy preparation.
  • Follow up on action items discussed during business reviews and drive to closure.
  • Review and revise product costing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related function.
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in FP&A role.
  • Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Good understanding of financial statements and ratios.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP for report extraction.
  • Experience in preparing financial dashboards and providing key financial insights.
  • Experience in product costing.
