About the position

The Senior Analyst, Global Credit Finance - Direct Lending Treaty Fund is responsible for assisting in the fund management of cross-asset credit offerings on the Carlyle Direct Lending platform. This role involves reviewing fund accounting records, coordinating with auditors, conducting data analysis for corporate accounting, and collaborating with various teams to execute deal closings. The position also includes preparing marketing materials during fundraising, responding to investor inquiries, and managing fund treasury functionality.

Responsibilities

• Review fund accounting records and financial statements prepared by the Third Party Administrator (TPA).
• Coordinate with auditors and explain financial concepts and team processes.
• Conduct data analysis for Carlyle's corporate accounting team, including Economic Net Income models and budget.
• Collaborate with deal team, legal/tax counsel, and credit operations team for deal closings.
• Assist in creating analyses for fundraising marketing materials and due diligence responses.
• Respond to investor correspondence and inquiries.
• Assist with fund treasury functionality and deal pipeline management.
• Complete ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of related industry experience required.
• Strong educational background in accounting/finance.
• Knowledge of the credit investment universe, including CLOs, Term Loans, and Revolvers.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Advent Geneva) is a plus.
