About the position

The Senior Analyst in Global Information Systems at FTI Consulting plays a crucial role within the Information Technology Group (ITG), which is dedicated to aligning technology investments with the business goals of the firm. This position focuses on providing end-user support for FTI's financial systems, including Unit4, Carpe Diem, and Chrome River. The analyst will be responsible for assessing, identifying, and defining functional requirements and solutions to meet the diverse business needs of FTI Consulting. In this role, the Senior Analyst will respond to support calls and tickets related to various financial systems, assisting in the identification, analysis, and resolution of issues that may arise within these systems. This includes managing internal and external interfaces, reporting, and user security. A strong understanding of access level security, segregation of duties, and risk mitigation is essential. The analyst will also participate in software application testing and collaborate with other system support teams to design, test, and implement effective solutions for Unit4 and other financial systems. Responsibilities

• Respond to support calls and tickets related to Unit4, Carpe Diem, Chrome River, and other third-party systems.
• Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of issues within the financial system, including internal and external interfaces and user security.
• Manage access level security, segregation of duties, and risk mitigation processes.
• Participate in software application testing to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Collaborate with other system support teams and users to design, test, and implement solutions for Unit4 and other financial systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience working with Unit4, with a firm understanding of user access, roles, and segregation of duties.
• Strong customer service skills to perform job duties effectively and professionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• BS or equivalent experience preferred from an accredited university/college, with a focus on Accounting being a plus.

• Experience with Chrome River is a plus.
