About the position

The Senior Analyst, HRIS at ICU Medical, Inc. is a key role responsible for serving as a subject matter expert within the HRIS team. This position focuses on understanding business process requirements, ensuring data integrity, and providing stakeholders with essential HR analytics and reporting. The analyst will support system upgrades, testing, and various technical projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project plans for HRIS and integrated systems.
  • Serve as lead technical SME and Super User for designated module within the HRIS application.
  • Develop and deliver custom reports for internal stakeholders, including reporting dashboards and metrics for HR activities.
  • Provide production support by researching and resolving system problems and recommending solutions.
  • Coordinate with functional staff to lead system-related projects and initiatives, including planning, implementation, and testing.
  • Research and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and align with organizational goals.
  • Troubleshoot issues with in/out bound integrations.
  • Develop training materials and guides for end users.
  • Support ongoing and annual HR initiatives such as talent acquisition and performance management.
  • Proactively audit data for quality, accuracy, and usability to ensure integrity of core systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems and People Analytics.
  • Previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and integrated modules required.
  • Strong analytical ability to understand system functionality and interfaces.
  • Advanced Excel skills and/or other reporting mechanisms with a demonstrated ability to analyze data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with ADP and Kronos (timekeeping) preferred.
