In this role, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting both quantitative and qualitative research projects, which includes designing research methodologies, collecting data, and analyzing results. The position requires a strong ability to communicate findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, ensuring that insights are accessible to stakeholders across the institution. The ideal candidate will have experience in higher education, a solid understanding of student information systems, and the ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, MS Excel, and MS Power BI.
