About the position

The Senior Analyst in the Command Center Operations (CCO) at CVS Health plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Pharmacy Services (PS) environment for Systems and Applications. In this position, the Senior Analyst will be part of a dedicated team that operates within a corporate Data Center or Command Center environment. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. The Senior Analyst will utilize IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow, to track incidents and manage workflows efficiently. This position not only requires technical expertise but also strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and escalate issues within the Pharmacy Services environment for Systems and Applications.
  • Diagnose and respond to incidents affecting system availability.
  • Assist in remediating issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Utilize IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow, for incident tracking and management.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT customer service, product support, or production support.
  • Ability to work the night shift from 6pm to 6am (Arizona time).
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated expertise in operating within corporate Data Center and/or Command Center environments.
  • Experience using an IT service management tool such as ServiceNow.
