About the position

The IT Senior Analyst at Bristol Myers Squibb serves as a liaison for Manufacturing, focusing on the administration and monitoring of critical application services. This role involves supporting the Manufacturing 5D system, developing project plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The analyst will also provide technical support, manage IT-related issues, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for day-to-day monitoring and administration of critical application services.
  • Support and manage the Manufacturing 5D system.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues.
  • Provide first contact support for IT supported applications via telephone, web portal, and email.
  • Assist with systems integrations and maintain technical documents and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and manage coordination at a local and international level.
  • Deliver regular and customized training to teams within the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or MIS discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in pharma/biotech.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in a biotech manufacturing and supply chain environment.
  • Understanding of shop floor activities, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and process automation.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to existing and new business systems and practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Cell Therapy Facility (CTF) IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, GXP, GAMP, SDLC regulations, including 21CFR part 11.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
