Generative AI is transforming all aspects of the technology stack, impacting far beyond organizational decisions on building, buying, and deploying technology. As an enabling layer, it relies heavily on robust data and infrastructure. This role will therefore focus on advancing our research in the infrastructure and data areas of the AI stack. Specifically, the role will focus on analyzing the critical architectural shifts required for developing, hosting and deploying predictive and generative AI capabilities. The analyst will take an AI-first foundational approach for industry changes associated with edge AI, AI inference and AI accelerators/GPU chips. This role will also be responsible for using these perspectives to contextualize related skills, economic trends, supply chain dynamics, and global political and regulatory impacts.
