About The Position
As a Sr Analyst, MTA Solutions Architect at TransUnion, you will serve as a crucial technical liaison between TransUnion and our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to represent TransUnion's capabilities and functions, guiding clients through the design and deployment of our solutions. This role involves setting up, configuring, and debugging the data pipe foundations that connect TransUnion, the client, and the client's various data sources. You will work with a range of solutions and products, particularly focusing on Multi-Touch Attribution within TransUnion's Marketing Solutions technologies. In this position, you will be involved in the full deployment cycle of client implementations, starting from initial pre/post sales planning and scoping meetings to conducting client walk-throughs of model and UI delivery. You will be responsible for setting up, validating, and diagnosing ETL integrations using tools such as HQL, AWS, GCP, and Excel. Your expertise in TransUnion's product suite will be essential as you guide clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize our offerings. Additionally, you will lead communication with both internal and external partners to address issues, identify potential data challenges, and resolve data validation problems. Mentorship and guidance for associate-level team members will also be part of your role, as you will own initiatives and projects critical to the product and organization.
