The Senior Analyst, Net Revenue plays a crucial role in providing in-depth analysis and reports related to the net revenue accounting function. This position is designed for a senior-level analyst who serves as a subject matter expert, performing complex to highly complex analyses that require a robust skill set. The role is entirely remote, although candidates from certain states, including California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, and Washington, are not eligible for remote opportunities. In this position, the analyst will demonstrate strong proficiency in the Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) System, which is essential for the role. Responsibilities include preparing accounts receivable reserve calculations, which encompass contractual allowances, bad debt, and charity for all assigned business units. The analyst will also produce monthly close schedules related to net revenue and net accounts receivable, as well as analyses of payer performance. Additionally, the role involves preparing plan and forecast models for all assigned business units and performing balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts. The Senior Analyst must manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, communicating any risks and issues to managers in a timely manner.
