The Senior Analyst, Net Revenue provides analysis and reports related to the net revenue accounting function. This position is designed for a senior-level analyst who serves as a subject matter expert, performing complex to highly complex analysis that requires a robust skill set. The role is 100% remote, although candidates from certain states, including California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, and Washington, are not eligible for remote opportunities. The Senior Analyst will demonstrate strong proficiency in the use of the Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) System. Key responsibilities include preparing accounts receivable reserve calculations, which encompass contractual allowances, bad debt, and charity for all assigned business units. The analyst will also produce monthly close schedules related to net revenue and net accounts receivable, analyze payer performance, and provide various analyses and reports specific to Net Revenue performance. Additionally, the role involves preparing plan and forecast models for all assigned business units, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively while communicating risks and issues to managers in a timely manner. The analyst is expected to promote the mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health and adhere to service behavior standards.
