The Senior Analyst, Ad Policy at Walmart Connect plays a crucial role in moderating and enforcing advertising policies across various media platforms. This position is integral to ensuring compliance with company guidelines, legal standards, and brand values, while also providing support to internal stakeholders regarding advertisement policy questions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to evaluate advertisements and respond to compliance inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily advertisement policy questions from internal stakeholders.
  • Enforce policies and respond to a wide array of requests with urgency and positive action.
  • Respond to appeals or disputes in a timely manner.
  • Engage cross-functionally with various teams to ensure compliance with advertising policy guidelines.
  • Monitor advertisements across platforms for compliance with company policy and legal standards.
  • Review flagged content for violations of advertising guidelines such as misleading claims or inappropriate content.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and constructively, addressing ambiguity positively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in online advertising regulations, policies, risk prevention, and management.
  • Organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • Project Management Certification.
