About the position
As a member of the Spark Driver Acquisition Marketing team at Walmart, you will leverage your analytical skills to review campaign performance, optimize media mix and channel segmentation, and derive insights to enhance marketing strategies. This role involves conducting data analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting to the Sr. Manager, Operations. The position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas, and requires onsite presence.
Responsibilities
- Deploy zero emissions technologies and infrastructure, build business cases, track performance, and provide recommendations to improve the technology.
- Work cross-functionally with key partners in acquisition, operations, and driver research teams.
- Examine data analytics and partner with teams to build dashboards to track campaign performance.
- Develop presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate results to key stakeholders and leaders.
- Grow and influence high-visibility key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- 2+ years of marketing/analytical experience.
- Data analytics background (SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Background in marketing or eCommerce.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- Project Management Certification.
