About the position

In this role, you will assist in designing project plans, organizing project timelines and deliverables, and facilitating meetings with stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives. You will recommend appropriate operational processes and develop and manage project requests and timelines by establishing project requirements. Communication is key, as you will be responsible for conveying project status, details, timelines, and available resources to stakeholders. You will also plan and execute resource allocation, finalize, approve, and deliver projects, and take corrective action as necessary to drive project results. Additionally, you will identify root causes and develop potential solutions for initiatives, making recommendations based on data and observation. You will develop and improve existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements. Your subject matter expertise will be crucial in developing requirements and providing solutions for complex problems that span multiple businesses, functions, and/or time frames with new or existing tools. Collaboration is essential, as you will partner cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects forward. Aiding in the implementation of operations strategies will be part of your responsibilities, which includes providing guidance on proposed projects, developing and implementing scorecards and other tracking mechanisms, and responding to requests for recurring and ad hoc reports. You will compile and analyze data and review solution outcomes to ensure effectiveness. Implementing operational best practices that can be scaled as the business grows will also be a focus, as you develop mechanisms and tools to roll out these best practices. You will demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others. Supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs while building commitment for perspectives and rationales will be essential. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field (preferred).
  • Project Management Certification (preferred).
