About the position

The Senior Analyst, Partnership role within WFS SMB Account Management focuses on analyzing and reporting trends to support retail partners, developing account strategies, managing relationships, and optimizing partnership performance. The position requires collaboration with various teams to address complex issues and enhance business solutions while fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and summarize trends to aid managers in activities with retail partners for a sub-category.
• Monitor key performance indicators against goals.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
• Analyze pricing, rules, and sales data to contribute to account strategy development.
• Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to implement business solutions.
• Address escalated issues and identify root causes in collaboration with distributors, brands, and retail partners.
• Review and post self-service tools and features on the support site.
• Research and document integration requirements for moderately complex partnerships.
• Collaborate with Category Specialists, Site Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing to solve retail partner questions and issues.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or 2 years' experience in Business Management, Finance, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.
• One year experience in a related area (preferred).
