About the position

The Senior Analyst, Paid Social is responsible for leading client-paid social media campaigns, ensuring successful execution through strategic oversight, optimization, and strong communication with clients and internal teams. This role combines analytical skills with a client-facing approach to drive campaign performance and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the success of client-paid social media campaigns by providing strategic leadership.
  • Direct bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting for paid social media campaigns.
  • Oversee budgets and flighting for all self-service platforms.
  • Manage rate tracking, benchmarking, planning costs, and overall budget for client accounts.
  • Forecast around audits and campaign analytics.
  • Assist the Manager and team with overall strategy and recommendations.
  • Serve as a mentor to Analysts and provide training and support.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of paid social media experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience buying and planning across multiple platforms including Facebook, X, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, Yelp, Uber Eats, Doordash, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity.
  • Experience using paid media to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
  • Genuine interest in the digital media space and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
