About the position

The Senior Analyst, Paid Social is responsible for leading client-paid social media campaigns, ensuring successful execution through strategic oversight and optimization. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, managing budgets, and providing analytical insights to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the success of client-paid social media campaigns.
  • Provide thoughtful leadership on campaign strategies and optimization.
  • Build strong relationships and establish clear communication with clients and internal staff.
  • Direct bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting for paid social media campaigns.
  • Oversee budgets and flighting for all self-service platforms.
  • Manage rate tracking, benchmarking, planning costs, and overall budget for client accounts.
  • Forecast around audits and campaign analytics.
  • Assist the Manager and team with overall strategy and recommendations.
  • Serve as a mentor to Analysts and provide training.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of paid social media experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience buying and planning across multiple platforms including Facebook, X, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, Yelp, Uber Eats, Doordash, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity.
  • Experience using paid media to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
  • Genuine interest in the digital media space and enjoys staying up-to-date on industry trends.
