About the position

The position involves generating reports and analyzing data to support account strategy development and relationship management with retail partners. The role requires collaboration with various teams to optimize performance and enhance partnerships, while also focusing on coaching and developing less experienced team members. The individual will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, providing expert advice, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and summarize trends to aid managers in their activities with retail partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators against goals.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
• Analyze pricing, rules, and sales data to provide input into account strategy development.
• Recognize data trends and recommend further analysis for insights into opportunities or changes.
• Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to support business solutions.
• Address escalated issues from retail partners and identify root causes for resolution.
• Review and post self-service tools and features on the support site.
• Demonstrate understanding of Walmart's value proposition and document integration requirements for partnerships.
• Collaborate with various teams to solve retail partner questions and issues.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or 2 years' experience in Business Management, Finance, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.
• One year experience in a related area (preferred).
