  • Pull and analyze large data sets using tools such as Foundry, DBeaver, SQL, Python, and VBA.
  • Create interactive visualization reports using PowerBI and Spot Fire.
  • Identify areas requiring improvement and offer solutions, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Support payroll improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Understand business needs related to payroll and design reports/tools to address those requirements.
  • Identify root causes of issues impacting pay accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Recommend solutions including system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Communicate findings and solutions effectively with various groups.
  • Coordinate deliverables, action plans, and tasks with implementation owners.
  • Use data mining and analysis tools to find opportunities related to pay accuracy and efficiency.
  • Design and build sophisticated queries to pull and join large data sets from various tables.
  • Develop and maintain insightful dashboards for management decision-making.
  • Track progress against defined breakthroughs and report on performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Quantitative field, or other relevant field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • Significant exposure to Foundry, Python, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Experience with interactive visualization tools such as SpotFire or Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to all employee levels.
  • Strong data mining, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sophisticated analytical skills to produce substantial recommendations and reports.
  • Strong skills in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Master's degree in Business or related Analytical or Quantitative discipline.
  • 2+ years of working in an airline environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management.
