Proficiency in data querying, transformation, and data modeling using Power BI semantic models and SQL, and advanced statistical analysis techniques such as predictive models and network analysis will be essential in driving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with HR Business Partners, HR specialty groups, and business leaders on their people-oriented business questions to determine needed next steps
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve insight tools (e.g., Power BI) that automatically connect data from multiple sources, including a Snowflake data lake
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data using solid research methodology and statistical analysis (including predictive models)
  • Partner with appropriate groups regarding analytics results (e.g., HR specialty groups) and use storytelling to communicate insights and recommendations to the business
  • Incorporate ways to use generative AI, other technology, and external trends to improve our services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience including 2+ of those years developing Power BI semantic models and dashboards
  • 2+ years of experience in SQL, performing data querying, manipulation, and analysis
  • 2+ years of advanced skills in statistical analysis (e.g., regression, network analysis)

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree or additional certification programs is preferred
  • Experience working with HR/people data is preferred
