The Senior Analyst of Pricing Strategy and Analytics at CVS Health plays a crucial role in bridging strategy and analytics. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute analytical strategies to support business objectives and key deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for improving the organization's strategic positioning in a competitive landscape.
- Communicate complex analyses to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor PBM industry trends and utilize organizational data to determine potential impacts.
- Develop and monitor critical performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Manage relationships with internal partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years work experience working with simple-complex queries.
- Experienced SQL coding.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Adapt at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
- Experience presenting analyses to senior leaders.
