About the position

At SitusAMC, we are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Marketing Specialist. This role is pivotal in supporting marketing activities across our commercial and residential solutions portfolio. You will work closely with the Head of Product Marketing to execute strategic marketing plans that drive the growth and adoption of our various products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product marketing, a strong grasp of channel marketing, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Your passion for developing and executing successful marketing campaigns will be essential in this role. In this position, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement digital, social, and traditional marketing tactics that align with prioritized growth opportunities. You will also be responsible for creating engaging external content, including videos, case studies, articles, guides, and white papers that promote our business solutions and teams. Additionally, you will develop and manage email nurture campaigns for key growth areas and track the effectiveness of all marketing activities, presenting monthly reports to business line partners and sales leaders. Your role will also involve updating existing and creating new business development materials and sales collateral, partnering with operations and Salesforce admins to maintain audience and contact lists, and supporting events and conferences with communications and logistics. You will work closely with the Digital and Social leads to ensure our website and social media channels accurately represent our business lines and support paid media execution with media and creative agencies as needed. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with head of product marketing, as well as business and sales teams to define, develop, and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute digital, social and traditional marketing tactics in support of prioritized growth opportunities
  • Work with head of product marketing and Content lead to create engaging external content including videos, case studies, articles, guides, white papers that promote our business solutions and teams
  • Develop and build out email nurture campaigns for prioritized growth areas
  • Track and measure the effectiveness and impact of all marketing activities (email, paid media, social, events, etc.), partnering with Head of Product Marketing to present monthly reporting to business line partners, sales leaders, and Head of Marketing
  • Update existing /create new business development materials and sales collateral (overview decks, one pagers, RFPs) as needed
  • Partner with operation and Salesforce admins to maintain audience/contact lists for all lines of business
  • Support events/conferences with communications (email and social), materials and logistics
  • Partner with Digital lead to ensure website is updated with accurate information, stats and new content relative to business line
  • Partner with Social lead to ensure key business lines are represented consistently on social media
  • Support paid media execution, working with media and creative agencies as well as publishers as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years' experience in Marketing (experience in B2B, real estate finance or financial technology preferred)
  • Experience working in real estate, finance, and/or the mortgage industry is a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot
  • Experience with content creation and campaign management
  • Impeccable writing skills and storytelling, with ability to simplify complex information
  • Ability to work collaboratively across many teams to achieve a common goal
  • Excited by generating and adopting new ways of working

  • Organization skills, able to create & maintain project plans
  • An eye for design and ability to create consistent visual brand identity
