About the position

The Senior Analyst, Program Management at Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI) plays a crucial role in supporting the Program Management team to facilitate sustainable change within the organization. This position focuses on program and change management, developing business readiness plans, and ensuring that employees are equipped to embrace strategic initiatives. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, budget tracking, training design, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support program & change management initiatives to facilitate sustainable change.
  • Develop business readiness plans to help employees execute and embrace strategic initiatives.
  • Track and report on the Business Agility Team budget and program metrics.
  • Design and facilitate training, desktop procedures, and other job aids.
  • Communicate critical strategic initiative updates and report on progress.
  • Partner with LMI Tech to guide Agile ways of working and prepare business stakeholders.
  • Assist Program Managers with complex program portfolios, including roadmap creation and risk management.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across the LMI organization to drive collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.).
  • 2 to 4 years of direct experience with Agile teams.
  • 5 years of experience in business, technology, or consulting.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to varied audiences and educate departments on business vision and change impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
