About the position
As a Senior Analyst in Retail Sales at Kellanova, you will play a crucial role in the Retail Performance Team, acting as a key liaison between retail operations and IT partners. This hybrid position requires strong interpersonal skills to enhance collaboration and communication across various teams, ensuring the effective use of technology in retail sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Connect with business partners on technology platforms used in retail.
- Work closely with supplier partners to enhance current capabilities and develop new ones.
- Become fluent in the use and maintenance of system tools for Sales, including SAP and Tableau.
- Collaborate with Retail, Account, and IT teams to improve existing systems and design future solutions.
- Complete multiple Ad-Hoc reporting projects.
Requirements
- Extensive IT Systems background with Tableau and retail field selling solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and extended work schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven retail or sales experience or supporting role.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
