• Manage work queues to ensure timely resolution of billing issues.
• Work with IT and other teams to resolve basic system issues.
• Review daily system operations to monitor audits and workflows related to billing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of billing issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with complex data analytics and coding in SQL, C#, Visual Basic/Studio, SSIS packages, and/or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
