About the position
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Analytics & Process Improvement plays a crucial role in supporting the VP by analyzing large data sets to provide insights and optimize business operations. This position focuses on building key performance indicators (KPIs), enhancing reporting processes, and implementing improvements in revenue cycle management. The analyst will collaborate closely with leadership to drive initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support through data collection, interpretation, and presentation of revenue cycle operations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards and KPIs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Automate reporting processes using Excel, VBA, SQL, and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement projects.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
- Participate in team concepts and promote a team effort; perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure regular and reliable attendance is maintained.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis and revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL for data automation and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
