About the position

The Senior Analyst in the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team at L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division plays a crucial role in driving profitable growth through strategic consulting and analytics. This position involves project ownership and collaboration with category owners to support cross-functional stakeholders, focusing on data-driven recommendations and insights to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting with upper management on strategic business decisions
  • Conducting discrete choice modeling (Conjoint)
  • Performing promotional and ROI analysis
  • Developing financial models
  • Analyzing syndicated data and creating dashboards/tools

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience working in a strategic consulting or analytics role
  • Educational background in Data Analytics/Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics or Marketing
  • Experience with data analytics software such as R, Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI

Nice-to-haves

  • CPG industry experience including strong working knowledge of scanner and promotional data
  • Knowledge/experience with discrete choice modeling and consumer research
  • Programming experience with Python, Javascript, HTML or CSS
