About the position

The Senior Analyst - Revenue Growth Management role at L'Oréal involves strategic consulting and analytics within the Consumer Products Division. The position focuses on understanding market and consumer dynamics to drive profitable growth across various beauty brands. The analyst will work closely with category owners and cross-functional stakeholders, utilizing data analysis to inform business decisions and enhance revenue strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting with upper management on strategic business decisions
  • Conducting discrete choice modeling (Conjoint)
  • Performing promotional and ROI analysis
  • Developing financial models
  • Analyzing syndicated data and creating dashboards/tools.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a strategic consulting or analytics role
  • Educational background in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Marketing
  • Experience with data analytics software such as R, Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI.

Nice-to-haves

  • CPG industry experience with knowledge of scanner and promotional data
  • Knowledge/experience with discrete choice modeling and consumer research
  • Programming experience with Python, Javascript, HTML, or CSS.
