About the position

As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations at Checkr, you will play a crucial role in driving significant business outcomes across various teams including marketing, sales, and customer success. This position focuses on building automated and sustainable reporting infrastructures to support a data-driven culture, ultimately contributing to multi-million dollar annual revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Sr Manager of Revenue Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with revenue team leads to deliver high-quality reporting solutions that support accountability and transparency.
  • Standardize reporting solutions for marketing operations to ensure accountability for activity and results.
  • Automate standard reporting tasks to provide consistent visibility and leverage for the RevOps team.
  • Establish and refine marketing performance metrics to influence strategic direction as marketing channels scale.
  • Lead the RevOps customer acquisition forecasting function and collaborate with Finance to track performance against targets.
  • Work closely with Business Systems teams to ensure new processes and automation updates improve overall data quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Marketing and Sales teams, with a solid understanding of typical GTM metrics.
  • Ability to translate business processes and data into analytics solutions.
  • Expert level SQL proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or comparable marketing automation tools), and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Strong background in dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and understand the 'need behind the request'.
  • Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies and working with Business Systems and Engineering teams to resolve upstream data issues.
  • Strong curiosity to understand processes and create order from chaos.
  • A tough yet positive attitude with a keen eye for improvement.
