As a key liaison between sales and other departments, your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth audits of our CRM tool, leading training sessions, and driving process improvements to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth audits and analysis of the CRM tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform weekly and monthly sales reporting activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and outcomes.
  • Develop and refine reports and procedures to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
  • Prepare and facilitate training sessions on Sales Processes and CRM tool usage.
  • Act as a key point of contact between sales and other departments, facilitating communication, research, and support for post-contract execution activities.
  • Proactively support the sales team in various capacities, demonstrating initiative and ownership in all tasks.
  • Leads comprehensive training sessions focused on maximizing the utilization of CRM tools within the context of sales and customer success processes.
  • Prepare recommendations for sales leadership, particularly related to team and customer performance.
  • Enhance and/or develop standard dashboards and reports; ability to communicate and champion these throughout the Sales and Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in data management, analysis, and sales enablement in a business setting.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Demonstrable expertise in Excel and data analytics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In business, finance, engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
